Actually, there is a difference. The Legria models (PAL) will record at 25p, while the Vixia (NTSC) models can record at 24p. Especially the S21, which will be released in April and features a true native 24p recording mode.

Vixia = USA and Canada version (NTSC)
Legria = Europe (PAL)
Ivis = Japan (NTSC).
No DIFFERENCE at all, just the name.

Not quite - the optical stabilisation has been improved in the S11 compared to the S10, and has been given a 'low light' mode.
