Well, in a sense, the game is about "conspiracy theories" in the sense that you are a PART of the secret behind the scenes conspiracy. However I wouldn't go so far as to say that conspiracy theories define it completely. The game seems to have a more broad urban fantasy spin to it, with conspiracy theories just being one element.
