Video Playing in HTC Hero

When i try to watch for example Dexter it says "you dont have any app to play this video"

Meridian Player in my HTC Hero is Slow, Crashes with Big Size files and when uninstall application, media files does not more open with default media player built on hero... Meridian overwrite default videoplayer...

Is the audio sync off when you view it, or is it just because of the YouTube video that it looks off?

I had to convert the video to upload it to youtube, that introduced some audio lag, apparently. The audio-video sync on the actual phone is perfect.
