Okay, first of all, even if you are Hilary's fan, that doesn't mean you have to always say she's 100% singing live and never lip synching. It's not a sin or a crime to lip synch you know @.@

Anyhow, I have pretty high doubts that this was live (her voice, at least, the guitars and drums sounded live). The breathing and the raspiness on her CD was redone way too perfectly.
