Excuse me.. most of your lyrics are wrong.. This song is suppose to be in the man's perspective although Gumi is singing it. It's not "my" but it's "your" for the verses. This song is about how the girl he likes comes to get an eye examination, and how the girl loves the "fake" side of him. So the boy wants the girl to see the true him and like the true him. And the lyrics use how the girl's vision isn't very good, and he wants to 'correct' her vision so she can see and love the real him.

Thanks for the upload! There's one mistake I noticed in the romaji however. In the lyrics in the description, it's right, but not in the video. You mixed up nise mono (fake things) with the word hontou, at 0:59
