She works for a shoe store. I think she was showing other shoe sales people how to polish brand new shoes so they'll look nice on display. Of course, shining shoes that you already own and have worn is a completely different process. You'll have to look up a different video for that process.

This is ridiculous advice and I'm surprised Expert Village would go with it. A shine sponge? Com on..You call that shining shoes? Kiwi, elbow grease=a real shoe shine.

never use shine sponge, if you want a shine on your shoes then you should use the polish and apply it in a different fashion... it is just lazy to use instant shine products and they stand out a mile...
