watching this guy makes me feel that im at a flying school trying to learn how to fly. man i just wanna see the thing fly so i know if i should buy or not
when i get this, doesn't it come with a 1200MAh battry? i think... anyway, when i get this, im going to also buy an 1800mah battry for it, but is that OK, because a 1800 is a lot heavier than a 1200, is that OK for this Heli?
this is a good vid but i dont recommend watching this and deciding to buy a heli. U want my advice? get obsessed, read and watch everything you can... learn, learn, learn, get onto forums and ask around... buy a sim and practice. My simulator paid for itself within the first day.
...ha ha ha! Figures you would (my mother died years ago) because nobody alive would actually want to have sex with you... or be able to sustain your huge amount of blubber on them... or enjoy that pinky-sized concave dick of yours.
Hey my back rotor is spinning no more does anyone know the problem do i just need to tighten the belt or something ? but what is a important thing to upgrade it ?
Thanks for the video! Very informative. I do have to say though, 4:27 is hilarious when he's talking about the lithium battery. He doesn't say it may explode or has the potential of exploding... he says it "WILL" explode! Man forget about "not leaving it unattended during charge cycle," I'm just going to buy a new one each time lol j/k = )
he is wrong it is not best to trim it on the ground for you always have ground effect wind. Get it in the air if it drifts land and slightly adjust the trim until it doesnt drift in the air any more.
i am 12 and have 2 helis and it keeps me busy i love it make sure u buy after market aluminum parts and carbon fiber stuff then virtually no maintence
I am a biginer and i hear that the raptor G2 would be perfect for me. Have you experienced any problems with this heli. Some say it has problems getting off the ground. Is this true
Well done you! I've been wanting to take a go with a heli and watching your set-up and other tutorials it give me confidence to get out there and do it. Thank you very much for this; not only the tech' advice but the safety advice too! Good man. ~F~
Hi, good video,I haven't been able to fly my HELI-MAX , it tends to go to the left and forward at the same time, I tried to trim it but I might doing it wrong . If you have any suggestion please let me know. Thanks
sorry that nobody answered this but it was in the video. u should NEVER have your remote controller off when the heli is on.. the controller CONTROLS the helicopter. so keep the controller on always before u turn off or try to turn off your heli
lol... I am a beginner too and didn't know that. I turned off my controller and the battery was still in the heli, after a few seconds (perhaps interference from cell phone
) my chopper went crazy, lifted off at full throttle and crashed into my computer case ... ouch.. lesson learned the hard way :)
You can actually use the trim, but it's very important to unplug the helicopter's battery and plug it back in, this will reinitialize the gyro and leave the RED light solid, it's functioning. If it's FLASHING, it's NOT WORKING AT ALL. But a wandering tail means something's wrong mechanically. Don't fly until it's fixed, you could crash easily. Nobody wants that.
Awesome videos. Ya, blades should be tight, but still allow them to straighten out at full throttle, but not too loose as to cause instability.
I wanted to point out something for the beginners, NEVER adjust your rudder trim during flight. The gyro will take this as a rudder input and cause the heli to spin. If your heli is spinning, fix it by moving the servo position and servo travel extents.
ok im not a genius when it comes to rc heli. i've flown before but, is it just me or dose it seem like your blade are a little to loos. just a tip, to determin the tightnes of the blades, you should be able to gigle the heli on its side without the blades moving.
hi blockbustera well done 4 the video, very good 4 a beginner but i'm not trying 2 teach u anything just a bit of advice, the main rotor blades and tail blades need 2 be loose but not that loose. If u tighten them up a bit it will reduce 95% of the vibration and if u use loctite on the screws as well. Well done.gest a tip lol
Hi blockbustera, just watched your videos. You are to be congratulated on there production. The filming is good and the commentary is very natural and informative. Your a credit to the hobby. Well done and keep up the great work. Shrimpy

why do you get vibration when you start up? Is that normal?
JPHLIPERS 3 years ago
yes, the blades fold so during startup the g force's has to straiten it out.
butterfenco 3 years ago
u mean centrifugal force straightens them out?? gravity has nothing to do with that.
