no he doesnt kill him, he breaks some device on hulks back, hulk can beat superman anyday, hulk has incredible resistance to damage (greater than supermans), a healing factor (almost as good as wolverines), infinite strength (he has lifted 150 billion tons before, and the madder he gets, the stronger he gets), superman doesnt have that great of a resistance to damage like hulk, and hes got no healing, and he can probably lift only a couple hundred tons, if not less

In the comics, Iron man owns Hulk. In the comics, Iron man owns Hulk. Im not saying this because im agaisnt hulk and choose Iron man, infact i dont really like Iron man, but in the comics, HE OWNS HULK! cause hes more faster and agile and has range attacks. All Iron man needs to do is stun Hulk and take him to space and Hulk will choke of not having oxygen and his rage will go away cause why? cause hes passed out!

They played around with the Hulk as a member of the Avengers early in the comic's run. But eventually they came to grips with the fact that one way or another, the Hulk just isn't a good team player.

Hulk would win. He doesnt need to fly. he gets faster and stronger by anger . ironmans rockets or repulsors would only wound him a little. ironmans unibeam will probably hurt him more but hulk would just get angrier and once he gets his hands on ironman he would own him. And he is able to catch ironman. unless ironman goes supersonic and flies awaywich would defeat the purpose of the fight. But both of them still own

actually, skaterNC15, the HULK kinda is indestructable, unlike Iron Man. The rockets wouldn't do any damage, except making the Hulk flinch. and the repulsors realy wouldn't do any harm, anyways The HULK as super regeneration. Plus in one comic i think it took damn near all the Marvel Super heroes to stop the Hulk when he went on a rampage. plus several times in different comics the marvel super heroes know they can't beat the Hulk, so try to reason with him instead

alright people it would be a good fight first don't forget tony stark has an ark reactor which keeps him alive. The hulk cannot really die if he is the hulk he could die if he was changed and with iron man u have to have a special device to take the ark reactor out. So i think iron man would win......yay

they really would never fight because they are in avengers but in the avengers hulk might switch to the other side and go against them i can see that. maybe someone says they can cure him or somethin so he fights the avengers but if these two were to fight iron man would probably lose because missles and stuff wouldnt work. but i guess iron man could always think of something to send hulk into space or something maybe shoot em out there but he couldnt kill hulk

well no one can kill "the hulk" but they can kill bruce banner theres a suite especialy made to fight the hulk its called hulk buster suite and it rivals with hulks strength it looks like the bad guys suite from the 1st movie but bigger srtonger and err bigger did i mention stronger as in defence but yeah just kik hulk about for a while then stab him with a temporary cure like what hapened in the recent hulk movie then ither cut bruces head off or send him into space and yay ironman wins agen ^^
