Thank you! Ok so Polenta is Italian and I it's made from corn. I bought mine in the pasta aisle and it's just like this cornmeal stuff. It was really good! Kind of hard to explain tho, or maybe I just suck at explaining haha

I loved the intro... I might cut it a lil bit shorter. You could "spend less time" on each frame.

I've never had polenta but this looks pretty good!
As far as the intro goes, I'd say a little shorter. Maybe 8-10 seconds would do the trick. I love the images though and both of those songs are fabulous for cooking vids!
