there very lean but have nutrition. What they lack is fat. that might seem like a good thing but if you try surviving on nothing but lean meats you will die of " rabbit starvation".

hi me and my father have been shooting and cooking our catch since god knows when and the easiest way ive found to skin and gut them are to pinch up as much skin as you can on there back directly over the spine put the knife threw cutting upwards then with both your index fingers pull both side away and the skin comes off like a glove pull both ends to the legs and head over it chop off then you can slit the stomach all the way along the belly it makes it alot easier to work on this way thnks

Think of the poor chicken everytime you eat a battery egg (although i personally dont care, just saying that its much worse than hunting and killing a rabbit for meat)
