@clayto1332 Well, much like recipes for BBQ sauce, I think there are a million different ways to make a kimchi. If you're interested in the paste with rice flour version, I'd recommend checking out @Maangchi's channel for some great recipes!

@HankHuckle Actually we just made kimchi using her recipe (minus the raw squid) and it is turning out really good. I do like this fermentation jar though
