Taitz represented Stefan F. Cook, a Major in the United States Army Reserve, who challenged his order to be deployed to Afghanistan because of his claim that Obama is not a legitimate president. The case was dismissed when the Army Reserve revoked his order to deploy. Taitz filed an appeal in the Eleventh Circuit, which was dismissed on November 24, 2009, due to a failure to prosecute the appeal.
He won by getting the military to back down. Speaks volumes.

I also have nine years of reserve and active military service. I for one do not believe this person who is supposed to be my head of the Executive Branch. My orders come from within written law, and case precedent. Where is the legal documentation for proof of his natural birth in the USA?

@co3po: Nobody had any problems following George Bush's orders to violate international law and invade a Sovereign nation without the approval of the Senate. So why stop going now? Besides that the campaign he is refusing to deploy to is one of the two Bush had started. It's not like he's being deployed to Libya or something. He's being deployed to a war we have been fighting long before Obama took office.

@ElkinsCharger Let's recap, 9/11 terrorist attack America when after bin Laden in Afghanistan and I was down with that but going into Iraq was United Nations thing America did going after WMDs, I didn't agree with this action but let's get one thing straight Congress approved the use of military action can't say that for Obama in Libya and although it wasn't a constitutionally declared war Congress including the Democrats approved.
