@lonelyboy12341 You're right, he's not Bruce Lee, but neither could Bruce be like somebody else, because everyone is different, this kind of statements are stupid..
All about proper diet and training. Bruce Lee stated that what you eat determines the quality of performance that you can provide. Eating junk produced junk energy. Always watch what you eat.
wow amazing ! So we can see what we get with job, all of jobs !! I'd like practising Taï-Ji as often to progress so quickly but there is just 24 hours in a day and with my job and my daughter, it's not easy !!!
@mzrealm if you could read at the beginning it says"beginning of june 2006" and then at 0:14 it say "end of june" (marking 4 weeks) at 0:39 it says "july 2006" (marking 8 weeks) its 60 days just 5 years ago T.T
@Darkwing69Duck you would give up so easily? why not start out with a simple fitness program. Most beginning resistance programs are only 3 days a week, one hour per workout. Surely you can sacrifice 3 hours a week for your health
Some people are really busy, not having enough time in their schedule. Then when you take out the usual 8-10 hour of sleeping. You still have a mere 10-12 Hour of exercising. Now if you go to school, that is a extra 7 hour. If you have work, it depends of your work schedule. Then, in the end, you have a mere 1-8 hour to work out, and not everyone wants to spend their free time exercising. I work out, but I'm just saying. Free time is valuable.
@SuzakiHartz 1 - 8 hours of free time. Just make it one hour then. No Excuses. People are just lazy. Free time IS valuable, but just because you work out, doesn't mean you WON'T have free time.
People are lazy, I will admit that. But some people can pay daily for the gym, some people doesn't want to go out at night to work out at the park or joggin around, as it is dangerous. Some people doesn't want to spend hundreds of dollar for equipment. Some people are handicapped. Then their is low-self esteem issues and shyness that overcomes them. Some people are just making excuses, yes. But not everyone can work out, there are always reasons on why they can't.
Well, since I finish replying to the other dude. A exercise doesn't have to be up to 3 hour, it should never be near 3 hours. You can always go for a quick morning jog for 15 minute every day and do a 15 minute power workout. After a while, you will still see progression. It's Quality over Quantity.
You don't have to exercise 4 days a week, I exercise 3 days. (One day work out, next day I rest, repeat)
you get rip by just push up

@Darkwing69Duck Exercising an hour a day is only less then 3% of your day. NO EXCUSES.

1 Hour of 24 Hour = More then 3%
