  • 1:56 --- Did you say Pigs Colon ? You gotta be out of our mind. Why not just spoon your own feces into a styrofoam cup and eat it on the street? Really eclectic ...

  • I approve 110% with your review my friend. I love tripe with vinegar, and stewed intestine with blood pudding. But Buddy, must you speak with a gay accent? The brit tone gives you credibility, but speaking like a woman nullifies your authority on this topic.

  • I love the street food in hongkong the best ever i love hongkong my fave place

  • lecckkkkker ... yumie yummmmie!!... ^^°^^ *****

  • lol I got sick twice from the same place. Dont eat street food in sham shui po. Mongkok is fine and other places like sheung shui and fanling

  • will be in hong kong first time this summer, thanks for yr video clip. will try the street food (safe right?) , you hv convinced me! not sure about standing n eating on the street, but it seems like a norm there!!!

  • ive never like liked stinky tofu. but i wanna have gai dan zai right now~ >W<

  • i love tripes and black beans sauce !! :) street food is sooo good! i tasted it in Beijing, Ha Noi and Bangkok few years ago , it was great, so tasty! (i m from Belgium)

  • I love tripe.. can not get where I live ....

  • shit i bought a stinky tofu at wongkok but threw it away later flown my HK$7, damn smelly, pity the passenger sitting beside me in MTR and tram when i brought it back

  • stinky tofu = awesomeness. :)

  • Ok, intestines aside, I ate tons of street food in HK and never got sick once. But I always get sick from eating at restaurants in Vancouver, Canada. My conclusion, it's not necessarily the cleanliness of these places, but the freshness. HK restaurants and street vendors are always busy and that means that their food is always fresh. In Canada, yes, the places are generally cleaner, but the turnover time for food is much slower.

  • @TobyLittleDude I absolutely agree. Hong Kong street foods are really mild. Nothing raw or rare. Everything deep fried or stewed or well steamed. Most served steaming hot. Hard to get sick from that.

  • @TobyLittleDude well its its mostly based on luck. We all consumes some sort of bacteria or things that COULD POSSIBLY get us sick. But not always. Chance is, you will most likely get sick from the street food since they are right out with all the dust and pollution. For example, if a bird flies by and pluck its wing over the food once, theres billions of bacterias and all the disgusting from all around the city. but i understand wat u mean.

  • bleeeeurgh tripe. tripe stink

  • Last time I was there I couldn't stop eating the BBq octopus because it came with the best sauce in history - Delicious....well I paid for it in the end because I couln't get off the toilet!

  • How much does street food cost in Hong Kong? ^_^

  • please tell me the location please!

  • Sadly "that" street corner in Causeway Bay opposite SOGO is gone now.

  • So where do we go to get that kind of food now? im going there in two weeks. :-D

  • @misterx2000 i no, i loved there food!!!!!! now u have to go behind sogo. Still good but a bit further to walk! lol

  • CURRY FISH BALLS !

  • Yummy. I know it is not that clean to eat in street but I missed it. I LOVE the fish balls with curry sauce! Can't have enough of those. I missed it so much.

  • street food culture is one of the best part about hong kong. my favourite is curried fish balls. that tripe looks delicious too! maybe this video should have some written names for the food (in both chinese and english), to help the tourists when they try to order, which can be quite daunting, if you don't speak the lingo...

  • After watching this I miss HK even more!
