  • The controls aren't effective if the airplane is stalled. Maybe he stalled when the engine failed and it seemed as if the controls were malfunctioning.

  • That's the new Cessna Citation 510 "Mustang" Very Light Jet, the tricycle landing gear is what gave it away. :-)

  • Ok, so it's a 206 or 207... someone told us it was a 172... guess they were wrong. I will update the text.

  • That aircraft is a U206. The 207 is substantially longer than the 206..

  • a 172? never seen a 172 with a 3 blade prop. thats a 206/207. 172's dont have 2 sets of doors either.
