I am more of a BMW person, but the latest CLS looks just amazing! Even though it doesn't seem BMW is adding much to the gran coupe when comparing to the two door version, it will have a tough time competing with the CLS.
Is it just me or did you guys never upload the video of your trip to the Nurburgring (not episode #1000) I remember something about Leo and JF going there...
I read that they have no 'set' plans for a production the Juke R, but 350bhp in it is plain ludicrous! As in The Joker crazy!! Especially the GTR running gear..
And the McLaren, 5 seconds faster then the 458 Italia, 5 years behind it in terms of involvement, drama, passion, the whole point of a supercar.

Curious how the Mclaren Nurburgring lap time is so much slower than what Corvette and Viper claims even tho there can be no doubt the Mclaren is a far better car. Perhaps its time to put those Nurburgring claims to rest.
I don't know if a VR38 (detuned or otherwise) is necessary, but I actually like the idea of a more powerful Juke.
Why? Nissan could homologate a production version so they could enter it in rally events. They could call it the Juke GTI-R, as a nod to the N14 Pulsar GTI-R (aka, "Baby Godzilla"), which was used in rally.
McLaren really should have given that car a name. It sounds liike an engineer's prototype designation. No passion or fun. "What kind of car is that?" "Why it's someone's last name and a bunch of letters & numbers!"
Wealthy people who buy a car like that want feel like a cool teenager again, not like they're doing their taxes in a law firm.

Before I got my 03 Grand Prix (which would also fit your criteria if it had a stick), I was considering getting an Oldsmobile Alero. Optional 5-speed, 18 city/27 highway (on the V6 model, probably even better on the I4), and (in my opinion, at least) some of the most underrated styling in automotive history.
They go for about $5-7K. If you don't want an Oldsmobile, the Chevrolet version is the 97-03 Malibu, and the Pontiac is the 99-05 Grand Am.

Glad to see the McLaren beat the GTR with all possible variables eliminated (by variables, I mean different drivers. Horst Von Saurma was faster in the McLaren than he was in the GTR, leading to the obvious conclusion that any typical experienced racer would therefore be faster in the McLaren).

I would kill to get my hands on a juke r come on awd 350 hp cross over around 3500 lbs easy as hell to tune up to 450 hp its a monster waiting to be born only down side is it will probably carry a 50 to 60 thousand dollar price tag (shooting high probably lower hopefully). but still i want to see this in the states.
I bet that duke R will make a killer rally car. You can complain about how pointless it is to make it but Nissan are just one of those companies who do things because they can.
@MrFlapjack247 : It is Juke, with a J. Not duke, with a d. As for rally racing, there are limitations on the cars allowed to be entered so the car would need to be in production to be raced. Also, it is a bit large for WRC, though it could qualify to run Raids like Dakar. Still... I agree, you build it because you can.

So in the end I kind of did look like a knob but I still stand by my stance Wagons and Crossovers are not ment to be highperformance. It just doesnt look right.
@PerformanceCars1FCH1 I would argue that fact. I love wagons (personally own one), and the concept of a performance wagon is just incredible. They usually have about 2% more weight than an equivalent sedan, and have 200% of the carrying capacity. Not much is given up (weight) to have much more practicality. The capacity is only a tad less than SUV's, but has proper ride height for good handling. For a car that suits every possible need, a fast wagon can do the most. It does everything well.
@JDisturbed Well I am not going to lie, come to think of it the performance wagon does have its apeal. One big problem with most sports cars is that they lack practicalilty, and performance wagons answere both practicallity and performance. I gues its more of the style that is a turn off but hey that is more preffernce. Heck you could go to home depo and get some 2x4's and latter take it out to the track! I dont think I could fit a 2x4 in my Formula Firebird.
Wasn't the MP4-12C developed at the Top Gear test track? So for not being tested and built around the Nurburgring and getting a decent time is impressive. McLaren FTW!!!
Even if the Juke R went into production with 350 hp it would own the STI an EVO right off the showroom floor. Not to mention the 370z,,RSX etc. Now what would the price be, is the question.
That Juke R is like some Frankenstein car you'd make in Forza, like putting a GT500 V8 & AWD in a Focus.

I wanna give you guys at FLD props for being so respectful of the drivers/riders who were hurt in the incidents in the past few weeks. We all know how racing works and that there is always a chance of really tragic injuries and/or death but it's good to see that it's treated with respect and honor. Stay good FLD...

They have ruined the 6 series. Part of what made it cool was that it was uniquely a coupe and not based off of any other car styling wise.

I would kill to get my hands on a juke r come on awd 350 hp cross over around 3500 lbs easy as hell to tune up to 450 hp its a monster waiting to be born only down side is it will probably carry a 50 to 60 thousand dollar price tag (shooting high probably lower hopefully). but still i want to see this in the states.

@MrFlapjack247 : It is Juke, with a J. Not duke, with a d. As for rally racing, there are limitations on the cars allowed to be entered so the car would need to be in production to be raced. Also, it is a bit large for WRC, though it could qualify to run Raids like Dakar. Still... I agree, you build it because you can.

@JDisturbed actualy I didnt mention BMW or Mercedes because I dont care about those brands to much they are out of my reach. Audi I like them but I kind of forgot about that. So in the end I kind of did look like a knob but I still stand by my stance Wagons and Crossovers are not ment to be highperformance. It just doesnt look right.

@PerformanceCars1FCH1 I would argue that fact. I love wagons (personally own one), and the concept of a performance wagon is just incredible. They usually have about 2% more weight than an equivalent sedan, and have 200% of the carrying capacity. Not much is given up (weight) to have much more practicality. The capacity is only a tad less than SUV's, but has proper ride height for good handling. For a car that suits every possible need, a fast wagon can do the most. It does everything well.

@JDisturbed Well I am not going to lie, come to think of it the performance wagon does have its apeal. One big problem with most sports cars is that they lack practicalilty, and performance wagons answere both practicallity and performance. I gues its more of the style that is a turn off but hey that is more preffernce. Heck you could go to home depo and get some 2x4's and latter take it out to the track! I dont think I could fit a 2x4 in my Formula Firebird.
