This isn't exactly HD. In fact, while it does seem to run at 30fps, it is not running smooth, meaning the motion isn't tweened right. But I saw other copied that had it looking right. This leads me to realize you have some frameskip going on. That's REALLY BAD in a movie. You might as well remove the youtube video, reencode it from your original copy you probably got on a torrent, and then reupload to Youtube.
