I have an F8 and i love it. the only thing stock is the frame and the wheels. The first thing i would change is the fork. that fork that comes with the bike is not too great. i have fully upgraded this entry level bike and made it the envy of my fellow bikers. I went to hydraulic Juicy breaks. sram xo drive train. and a SiD team carbon fork. the 600 dollar bike is now well over 2000. the fork alone was 1000
@Demicron I'm not sure what size they are, probably 1.95 like you said, but I haven't done anything to the bike besides replacing a tube due to a puncture.

@xECKSx58 your came with the 1.95 tires. What did u upgrade them to>? If you did at all. I am finding them a lil to thin
