Nice house but I don't care about realistic and benches, but I do make my houses big and at least 2 entrances and 3 exits in case I am attacked.

@Enzo0912 A stair block and two sign blocks on each side. You might have to put a dirt block behind your chair to get it to face the right way after you've placed your signs.

@SapperThwack If there is something in the way (something very short, like snow) it wouldnt work, it just turn the steps into plankes.
