Looks like a mild version of it. One of mine has it - diagnosed by a vet neurologist at 5 years old following full investigation including MRI scan. Over a four month period the incident rate increased to daily. My dog shakes more and collapses unable to walk at all but is alert and fine once it ends - usual 5 mins. Now controlled on phenobarbitone (although some Spike disease sites say pheno doesn't work) and he has only had the odd episode.
