  • I think the middle advert has aphrodite or some goddess as the waves that the man surfs through?

  • Comment removed

  • Smell like a man, man

  • Old Spice, The mark of a man.

  • Old Spice my father's Favorite and also mine. Still using today.

  • 0:30

Everything is more epic with Carmina Burana

  • the guy looked like he was getting a damn good blowjob

  • I remember my sister going on a school trip to France in 1973 and she came back with a bottle of Lime Old Spice, in a clear bottle, for our Dad.

You could not get it in the UK.

  • Are there anymore stores that sell OldSpice in the original glass containers? I also remember a brown one and a green one that was housed in a clear glass container.

  • I still use this today it brings back all those great memories of the 70s when the world was a better and safer place to live..

  • nice

  • Jenny Handley?

  • @SurreyVideo yes its her

  • Old Spice, the mark of a cheapskate :P

  • @AlpineWilfy You are funny lmao

  • Oooh... Wild Lime? Looks interesting...

  • @Last1Left2324 I can send you a glass bottle. Hear in the UK they are flogging two different scents and all in 150ml and in glass. PM me your mailing address and I would be happy to send you a bottle

  • Why do the adverts always get louder?

  • @meatisdeliciouse Because of "advances" in compression meaning advertisers can squeeze a few more decibals out of things nowadays.

  • @abacadian For what ever reason, it's still realy anoying. I watch south park on Viva, and I always have to jump up, and turn the volume down, then it goes REALLY high on the viva logo scene, then it goes down again, then it goes up agian reelly loud, then it goes really quiet, I'm constantly having to change the volume to avoid waking my perents up. It's just so anoying, and I don't see the point, why dont they just LEAVE it on full volume, ao you know where the hell your at.

  • @meatisdeliciouse

It's just in case you fall asleep in front of the telly. No, I AM serious. Its okay to miss the movie's end, but paying advertisers don't want you to miss their commercials.

  • PUH PUH PUH PUH PUH POWA!!!!!!!!! oh wait a sec

  • That looks like Jenny Hanley who was in Magpie

  • THE BLK MEN IS THE NEW WHITE MEN. THUMBS UP IF AGREED

  • once tried to drink my dad's - wouldn't advise it though

  • Whilst I wouldn't swap the technological and social progress we've made since the 70s, I'd love to go back. Just for a while.

  • Is that Sting singing in the last commercial?

  • I love me some Old Spice. lol They should really bring these oldies back. We need something good on tv again!

  • @Bunzypoo This and that woman who sang "All my fellers wear English Leather, or nothing, nothing at all!"

  • Is this an American product? I always thought it was traditionally British.

  • @Feisty1967 It's "American" originally, but it was probably sold around the world, in the same way "Oavaltine" is Swiss, but sold all over the world for 100 years...

  • whats the song in the second one?

  • @arainmk The song name is Oh Fortuna!!!

Search for Oh Fortuna by André Rieu its a great version!!!

  • The girl, Stephanie, in the adverts became Barry Sheen's wife.

  • The third one rocks!

  • Do they still make Old Spice?

  • @DeadFishUK Yes. The new ads are on here and are really funny.

  • The second one is the best - Legendary!

  • They are all made of some kind of opaque glass where I come from. Stills smells grim to me though.

  • @Last1Left2324 They still make them in the same bottles.

  • @Lithys yeah but only they are plastic now, i still love it.

  • @belogio You sure? I got some at christmas and its in ... well its either porcelain or glass.

  • @Lithys oh yeah, they usualy have special things around the holidays. So u probably did, but any other time of year its plastic. Or maybe u even got a vintage one?

  • @belogio Guarantee its not vintage... maybe its special but I am pretty sure that all of the ones in the store are glass. Maybe its only in Canada?

  • @Lithys yes that makes sense. In USA they come is plastic bottles, but I looked at the Canadian website and they looked to be in glass bottles....so i guess USA gets plastic and Canada gets glass.

  • @belogio lol well then I guess its time to take a drive north!

  • [cue over-serious voice] "...The mark of a man!" LOL. I remember the 2nd advert as a kid.

  • @NNomad Me too. I came searching for this after the new Old Spice ads sparked some nostalgia

  • i'm from accrington..in austrlalia now. my dad and grandad used this....i bought my new husband some when we got married in 1988...he wasn't impressed..said it wasn't classy...we're divorced now :p

  • I can still smell it

  • What year was the first ad made between one of them 1969 or 1970 or 1971, it sound like between a late 60's and early 70's.

  • jenny has aged terribly

  • Yeah, it looks like Jenny Hanley from Magpie.

  • I remember the third one

  • holy crap.

  • The first advert was made between 1969 or 1970.

  • It certainly was, GBC!

I'd like to know who the second girl was because I associate the Old Spice ads mainly with her.

  • Is that Jenny Handley in the first ad?
