This is Ewan Dobson. Well.. He sure looks like Raiden from Mortal Kombat, but it isn't! He's an awesome player with a unique playing technique and is well known for those kind of double-rolled notes, wich he usualy do himself and without a Delay FX. He's a killer guitarist! ... FINISH HIM! :D

It would be possible , yeah , but there he plays some real low notes with the top frets and the 654 wich does not do these sounds at all

@kevin191097 He has a delay effect, but everything he is playing would be completely possible with a bit of practise.
