Getting gear (why u already achieved ur goal and gear is only good for doing raids) getting achievements(dont see the point in getting virtual points that doesnt add anything to my toon that I can benefit from when im playing)

Raiding is about convincing 20-40 people that they need the gear that this boss drops and they have to fight him a specific way that an the first successful raid figured out. Unless you're doing content before anyone else, raiding is boring and you need to do it over and over again to even get a reward from it.
