Sorry but your grow looks terrible. You do not need to scrog such small, low yielding, sickly plants. Scrap all of your genetics and start over. That is a really poor yielding/growing strain. Find some quality clones or order seeds online.  Good luck, hope your garden improves soon.

WA limit is 15. Possible but prosecutable to designate a caregiver who is already growing. Legislation I'm sure will be worked out where nobody is carrying the weight for more than 30 plants, this isn't California designating a caregiver who is already designated for someone else is grey area at best here. Federal law it's still illegal, limit is 99 plants but I don't know anyone with a federal license that isn't an institute/lab.Despite comments WA between Canada and CA = Easy access to quality

just a suggestion: twine for the screen of green may have a higher chance of collecting critters and funguses, I would use a steel string or even electrical wire if nothing else. also screen of green may require more vegatative growth and proper training under the screen.

hey i read in the description on your other vid that you have enough license to cover every 15 plants. Is that the max plant limit in your state? Just curious because Here in cali we are able to grow up to 99 per license. The dr will start you off at 12 just gota tell them that you need more plants and they up the limit.

The dr gave her an exemption paper at the time of the first consult He said if 24 is not enough to come back for a free consult and he will raise the limit. My mother lives in fresno county and her limit is set at 12. A friend here in tulare county has a limit of 99 which was given when she told her dr it takes more weed for her to bake cakes and brownies due to the fact that she doesnt like smoking around her children.

alright buddy heres a few tips for ya if you want weight dont try and grow kush without co2 enrichment just and worth it use a grapefruit or hashplant or even white widow and secondly try buying big bud in the powder formula you will save lots and lastly try putting up the scrog net at the end of your flower cycle next time ie weeks 5-8 and 8 and past with some sativas
