First, if this wasn't a city sanctioned ride, the bicyclists SHOULD have restricted their riding TO THE BIKE LANE. It's the reason that it's there. First, if this wasn't a city sanctioned ride, the bicyclists SHOULD have restricted their riding TO THE BIKE LANE. It's the reason that it's there. Secondly, the cop was a douche for singling out the one guy with the camera/cellphone. Third, if all the cyclists were in violation, more cops should have been called to pull over ALL the cyclists, or the cop should have commanded that all the cyclists pull over to be ticketed one at a time. The cop, however, had no right to confiscate the camera
