The same thing happened with other bands, such as Van Halen. To a lot of people Van Halen = David Lee Roth, and no matter what they did with Sammy Hagar, some people just wouldn't accept him. I like both. Each had their own distinct style, and the same can be said for both Tarja and Anete. Listening to this kind of music you have to be pretty open minded anyways, no?

You just can't compare Anette to Tarja. They are complete different singers. I personally prefer Anette, because i don't like the sound of Tarja's voice. Tarja is a beautiful singer, and has one of the most pure voices in the world, but i think Anette's voice fits the band better.

I agree... I have nothing against Anette and wish her well. I just miss the original NW sound sometimes. I haven't gotten used to the new sound yet. She's a great singer though. Just not what I prefer.

Yeah, this is her son. It's from Sweden TV news, it contains interview with the guys and very good parts of live show. It's here on YT, but I don't remember exactly how it's called.
Anette got flu over flu over flu since her tour in Canada, in the beginning of September, with lots of fever and many voice problems. The band had to cancel four shows in USA, but she is OK now, don't worry... :)
I heard she got rushed to the ER becuase one of her illnesses was so severe :( Thankfully shes much better now though! And they're making up those shows too :D
Apparently Anette is doing very fine. Pain had a gig in helsinki 9.10 and Anette was performing there. Fans said that the concert was awesome, I read it from a Finnish nw site. I didnt even know about that gig, can you imagine how I regret!!??

Yeah, this is her son. It's from Sweden TV news, it contains interview with the guys and very good parts of live show. It's here on YT, but I don't remember exactly how it's called.

Anette got flu over flu over flu since her tour in Canada, in the beginning of September, with lots of fever and many voice problems. The band had to cancel four shows in USA, but she is OK now, don't worry... :)

I heard she got rushed to the ER becuase one of her illnesses was so severe :( Thankfully shes much better now though! And they're making up those shows too :D

Apparently Anette is doing very fine. Pain had a gig in helsinki 9.10 and Anette was performing there. Fans said that the concert was awesome, I read it from a Finnish nw site. I didnt even know about that gig, can you imagine how I regret!!??

She's not dying, sheesh ;P. She has the flu and a fever as well as other infections, but she's not DYING. She has sicknesses that we all get in our lives and I doubt she was in the hospital for an extended period of time.
Of course, I wish her a speedy recovery and everything, it's just... I watched this and it immediately felt as though this were a video made for her funeral or something O.o.

Lol. Anette is definitely not dying! I know my video is too sad. I watched Tuomas interview where he said that Anette has been seriously ill and he hasn't ever seen her this down mentally, so I just did this video, there isn't any specific message in it. We all are fragile sometimes, even usually so happy Anette.

Yes, I know. I saw that interview and it made me go ":(" for awhile, but I guess I just didn't expect a whole video about it :p. I do hope she's better soon though, of course.
I sometimes wonder how much of that "happiness" is an act so as not to show fans when something might be bothering her. But then I don't think about it anymore because it makes me sad :p. I do love how she's always smiling. :)
