@zerotankor It is the tin foil. The pencil is just there for the shape. The screen senses the change in the electrical charge when the tin foil carries a charge from your hand.

@MrTeckman01 You have to use the flat side. Maybe that's the problem? Also remember To touch the foil and don't put on enough tape. If it still doesn't work, use less foil and tape and maybe a thicker pencil.

It's well known fact that glass is harder then aluminum, wood, or graphite so there is no way you are gonna scratch your screen unless you use an anvil to push down on it which will break your screen
