People are educated by their TV in today’s world. This still does not make false claims true or ok. 40 yrs they mix all the fish in the same water and use chemicals to keep the parasites down, just add a magic bottle of nothing and presto instant killing box. Nobody has to check the bottles-o-junk to see if it does what it clams or has what it says in it or it just does not have to say what is in it at all because they have NO RIGHTS!

@seasave1 If you believe TV is the educational tool for the masses, I'd have to disagree. It obviously carries a message and can cause people to formulate certain conclusions, but my hobby experience is based on research and attention to detail. I've kept certain specific fish over 5 years, others over 7 years, and one for 12.5 years. Aquarists aren't the enemy, but a lack of education will definitely harm these beautiful animals. Educate well before making your first purchase.
