I had EXACTLY the same problem... Here's how I fixed it! Just remove the keyboard, (only 2 screws on the underside) and I placed a 3 inch piece of 2 sided tape with the top surface still covered right in the area of the enter key and then carefully reinstalled the keyboard. I actually suspect that it's just a poorly installed keyboard because it's solid under the keyboard and has no reason to flex at all.
In any event this fixes the problem 110%!! Give it a try and let me know if it works!
My colleague used that laptop for a month, and already lost the fn and pagedown keys:D
Lenovo totally fucked up all the T, W series thinkpads. Personally, i think it's becouse they no longer give test models to IBM before they start selling them. I myself have a lenovo x61, but with IBM stickers, and it has a very sturdy keyboard, no flex, no key jam, nothing like that....
I got my Swedish Lenovo Thinkpad T510 today (exactly the same model as yours) and the keyboard has no flexing at all - it's really rock solid! So far my impressions with this laptop has been overly positive!
It is obvious that your laptop keyboard is broken, just contact your supplier and ask for assistance.
Something may be loose. I have a T500 manufactured in mid 2009 after all the drama about the keyboard flex and it doesn't flex at all. Lenovo was pretty quick to fix it and ship out replacement keyboards to anybody who wanted one. I'd be surprised if they did the same mistake twice, but i wouldn't put it past them
I don't know though, haven't experienced the T510 in person
Please check and see if your screws at the base are properly fastened...Just that.

Hi! Tell me, how is the audio quality on this model? I don't need perfection, but I do watch a lot of movies/tv on my laptops...

Thinkpads have gone down toilet. :( What the shit were they thinking of using 16:9 screen on this unit???

Lenovo can't choose display ratio... LCD manufacturers decided to switch to 16:10 and now to 16:9 because of the costs.
