Romo had a Dallas record 13 pro-bowlers on both sides of the ball in 2007 and the Cowboys couldn't win even one play-off game. Aikman limited the mistakes in the play-offs -- just like Eli Manning does. I don't think Romo's gunslinger mentality is gonna get the Boys' back into the Super Bowl -- too reckless.

Just look how much better the cowboys and romo played this year with the emergence of demarco murray. they were 5-2 in that span. romo had a great season probably the best of his career including the season he went 13-3. If demarco returns and plays a full healthy season i see the boys going 12-4

Our defense especially secondary has been what cost us not romo. romo has set us up numerous times to win games that the defense finds a way to blow. Romo finished with a 102.5 passer rating which was 4th in the NFL next to Rodgers, Brees and Brady. He threw 31 tds and only 10 picks so our QB is not the problem

When the Cowboys went 13 and 3 in 2007, and then were eliminated in the divisional opening round of the playoffs, I saw it coming. I could SEE that the Cowboys had one year of Romo bombing the ball downfield to T.O., and many defenses couldn't keep up with T.O.'s speed, and so statistically it was a big year for Romo and they had a winning season. But I could SENSE it, it was not a playoff ready team...it was the weakest 13 and 3 team the Cowboys ever had. Their record was deceptive that year.

That receiver;s name is Hurd, not Herd. Dallas eventually fell short , and the 17-10 score (Denver ahead) you see on this video was the final score. At the end of this drive, as I have seen elsewhere, Tony Romo though there was another down, forgetting that the play just ended was 4th down.
