  • how do you put those figurines on top?when i put mine on top of the pen....it just fell out then i used a lot of superglue which i accidentally poured on my hand......

  • doesn´t the pen melt in the oven because it's plastic?

  • my friend makes awesome clay pens with like 2 diff colors and puts them on randomly so it has like a lava pnt of view . she doesent put a topper or anything and im not sure what type of clay but where could u buy polymer clay..@ micheals?

  • whats polymer?

  • @kaylocad1 polymer is a type of moldable clay. To harden it you would have to bake it in the oven, where as if you had air dry clay you would just leave it out to dry. I hope i didn't confuse you!

  • Sorry, I men't Bic medium

  • My pen just melted :/ I tried it out, but it din't work D: Any ideas, which pen I can use?

The pen's name was Big medium xD

  • @RanjaSweety Oh no! D:

I'm so sorry to hear it didn't work! I think the pen you're using is fine, but maybe you just put the temperature to high? I bake mine for about 15 minutes on 200 degrees.

  • I use air dry clay and it was really awesome!

  • @iloveshanedanson Thats great to hear :D

Yeah, I heard great things about air dry clay! Unfortunately i didn't know that when I made this tutorial.

  • Can u do a tutorial on the toothless

  • I recommend to use a Bic ultra round tip pens but take the ink out those work I made one today

  • @bellaasphyxiated yes but u must take the ink out

  • would a BiC pen work for this?

  • i would really reccomend doing another tutorial for specificly making the toothless dragon pen, if that isn't an option for you my sister really wants that pen, or a pen like it. i would buy it from you, but im not sure how the proccess works or how much you would want for it...

  • im doing this with airdry to all my pens XD and the school said i need a normal pencil pouch, but eff it i bought a hard one anyways lol

  • @KalidescopeKreations LOL! xD Yeah doing it with airdry clay is much easier, but i didnt have any on me at the time.

  • would the pens burn ? because my mom said they will

  • @kkkkke1 it depends on the pen. If its plastic it shouldnt burn or melt. I've done this many time and my pens dont burn.

  • @alishaXcherry oh thanks ok

  • @kkkkke1 no problem(:

But it also depends on how long you bake the pen and how high the temperature is. I bake mine for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. When you take the pen out it will be hot, but it'll cool down in a couple minutes. Hope this helped!

  • lol you spell alisha the way i spell it

  • If I'm using Fimo, how long would I bake it for, and at what heat?? Usually a piece made from fimo is baked at 120 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • @MyBeautyDemos i bake mine at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes(: and i use sculpey, primo, and fimo clay.

  • Wont the pen melt?

  • @Creativemakeup07 not really. if you bake it at 200 degrees for about 10-20 minutes(:

  • on the bear pen can u plz do a tutorial on how u made tht bow! PLEASE:D

  • If i use cold porclian do i have to bake it? :)

  • @alexisannquirk nope(:

  • Is it ok if the pen is plastic and we bake it?

  • @Makeup1998life yup(: just remember to take out the ink

  • How did you make the flowers on your mamegoma?

Also what temperature did you bake your pen? And how long did you bake it for?

  • @SunShineCrafties the flowers are really simple actually. i can do a quick tutorial on them if you want^^ and i bake my pen for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees(:

  • @alishaXcherry A tutorial would be amazing! Thank you!

And thanks, Because I thought that the normal temperature that you bake clay at was a little to high ^-^

  • @SunShineCrafties Your supposed to bake it 235 for 15 minutes . . .

  • @JustinBieberLove1414 Thank you, but I figured it out :D

  • Why get the ink out?

  • @hampstergirl274 so it dosent melt in the oven

  • What kind of clay did you use fimo or sculpey :) thanks for the idea.

  • @Bunnychanx3 i used sculpey for my pens(: and no problem! :D I hope you decide to make one!!(:

  • @alishaXcherry well,I don't think my country has walmart though but I found the right pen so yay! Lol

  • @MegaDEMIzZ :DD Hurray!!

  • I can't seem to find these kind of pens that u use, anywhere!!!! I really want to make a polymer clay pen. i just have to keep searching though

  • @MegaDEMIzZ really? They have them at dollar stores, walmarts, shoprites. They are just regular ballpoint pens(:

  • Is Toothless the dragon in "How To Train A Dragon" movie?

  • @alishaXcherry Oh ok. :D

  • @GymnasticsStarter247 oh no, you remove the ink when you bake your pen and design. then after its finished baking you put the ink back in. I explain it in Part 2 of the video^^

  • I BAKED THE PEN, BUT IT MELTED AND KINDA WENT OUT OF SHAPE, PLEASE HELP!

  • @KawaiixKraziness Oh no! :O Well what you can do is bake it for a shorter time and not at a really high temperature. I bake mine fore 10 minutes at 200 degrees^^

  • @alishaXcherry You said to bake it for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, but won't the clay still be soft? Please answer! Thanks!

  • @NG1613 i know im not alishaxcherry, but i think it should be fine. i cook my normal clay at 250 for 10 minutes and it seems to be fine :)

  • @jellyfishcharms Thanks!

  • you can just bake the pen?

  • @spontaneousminiature once you remove the ink inside, yup^^

  • omg! We did this in art(: GREAT JOB THEY LOOK CUTE<3

  • @xWhispurrMyName really? Thats so cool :D And thank you! :)

  • great tut! I have one up on my channel but its kinda different!

  • @ohsokawaiiful yay!! :DD

  • how long do you back it for? :D && i love this tutorial

  • @KawaiifulClay thanks :) and i bake mine at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

  • can we do it with a lead pencil?

  • @Peppermint264 i'm not sure. I never tried to do it with one > <

  • How long do u cook it and what's the temp.?????

  • @MrBubbleblue54 I cook mine for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees. But it depends on your clay

  • what if you only cover the ink part of the pen so it wont melt? :)

  • U rock for making this tut!!!

  • @strawberrypop265 thank you! :D

  • What if the pen has a rubber grip?

  • @TheCraftyHammy you can try taking the grip off. Because it might melt in the oven... I'm not sure though.

  • Omg this is so cute! Where did you learn how to make this

  • @TheStitchSrump Thanks! :D I found a picture of a pen on the back of a polymer clay set of clay I bought, then I googled it up and saw that they weren't really that common, so i decided to make some :)

  • i tried ur "pen method" and it broke my pen in half.. -_-"

  • @JesiBear246 Awww im soo sorry DX well thats only the method i use, you can always use what works best for you

  • arn't the pens plastic???

  • @TheYutrghjb yup. You have to take the ink out before you bake it.

  • @alishaXcherry KI know but pens are made of plastic so even if you take the ink out won't it melt in the oven???

  • @TheYutrghjb well not really. If you make the tempetature really hot than obviously it will melt.

  • @alishaXcherry uhh ok....

  • When I made my pen I put tin foil around the tip so it won't burn and it worked!!!! Hope that helps if you wanna give the mini pens a go again.

  • @MegMegcat10 Thats smart, thanks! :) I'm going to see if that works for me ;D Thanks a bunch!!

  • These are oven safe? Wow! >w<

Thanks for the tutorial! *goes off to make one!* :3

  • @NeonGreenNarwhal once you take the ink out, yup :D

  • @NeonGreenNarwhal

    That's epic ^w^

  • @NeonGreenNarwhal thanks ;D

  • @alishaXcherry

    No problem :3

  • Omg thanks for this!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MaxterMooch no prob :) I'll post part 2 soon :D

  • Thank you :D

  • how do you put a little hole in the topper wont it get deformed though??

  • @17foreverful Well sometimes it can ruin your creation. I make a part of my creation, so like in the sunflower with the hamster pen I showed at the beginning or the blue cat Happy pen, I took my brown clay and put that as my topper. After that I took it off and began to add the petals so it takes the shape of a sunflower. So basically you sort of want to do it piece by piece. Start out with your basic shape and what you basically want is the indent so you could take it off and decorate it or

  • @17foreverful you could just decorate it on the pen and bake it altogether. :) Hope this helped

  • @alishaXcherry can u show all off ur pens please n also if u can ,can u show how to do it because i really want to do something for my little sister its her birtday tom. AND HAPPY EASTER P.S I LOVE UR VIDEOS AND CREATIONS;)

  • hehe is that pen for my contest? :] can't wait to see your entry!

  • @razzmicstrawberry yuup :D I only have 2 mamegoma though Dx

  • would you like to trade =)?

  • @dollface2227 pm me :)

  • do u trade?

  • @dollface2227 yup :)

  • cute
