I suppose the person that made this was a tanker because he forgot the bradleys hummers trucks 113's and so on. if your going to make a video of the cav then paint a correct picture and dont do any injustice to my fallen brothers in arms numb nuts
My son's in the 1-8 cav in Iraq. SAW gunner on one of those MAPES vehicles. Hates being in that country - they are told to love Iraqis by the powers that be and then have to worry about getting blown up by the same people they are told to care about. He says it's a bunch of BS. So sad.
Mara, it is a very tough job your son is doing. I will keep him in prayer. There are a lot of people who appreciate what he is doing. Thanks for commenting.
@bure1012000 He was in Bravo during Iraq - I think they were attached to the tanker division so his company address was wierd, like C co 2BCT FOB Warrior. He's since re-upped into the 10th Mtn.

@HarryCat101 Thank you for your service. As for you- 6 tours. I'm sure it has been far,and far from easy, if that small expression could grasp the enormity of it. I am hoping the Army teaches my son something about life...he'll be off to Afghanistan sometime early summer.
I loved being a Cav wife. I miss it. I miss hearing the Abrams going off down range, The Bradleys sitting at a stop light in the next lane as our car.. The traffic being stopped on post when the Cav Horse team was cutting thru post.

I'm not Cav, but my dad was. B Company, 1st Battle Group, 8th Cavalry, Korea. 1958-1960. First Team!!!!
