Parkour is about getting from point A to Point B as quickly as possible with other things.

FreeRunning Is just going for a free run no set destination or sometimes there is it's just about looking good.

Tricking finding a perfect spot and pulling off mad tricks. Maybe somtiems by either going Parkour style to get there or FreeRun aroudn till you find it.
