its not that hard to get in an accident in an ml55 amg cuz its a v8 ur most likely probably doing like 80 cuz i have one and we do that all the time so... this make me think the owners of tha merc hit the bmw at a high speed.. unless ur old and ur rich then u might be like doing 50 in a benz

Hit a BMW or a mercedes frontal at 20% of the front with and the steering culumn penetrates passenger cabin, passenger cabin also collapse due the fact these cars have no protection on the sides of the front

Obviously a heavier SUV will severely damage a saloon.. it's called vehicle incompatibility in accidents. Make it a Merc saloon and Beemer 4500lbs SUV, the result would be very different.

Mercedes is safer than BMW. Even though it's a Mercedes SUV, a Mercedes Sedan Vs a BMW Sedan, the Mercedes will still win. Of course the results will be different though.

The BMW flew from the opposite side of the freeway, and landed on the benz before hitting the ground-I would say the BMW hit the Benz at 70mph-yet I might be mistaken. His speed was much more before becoming overborn but my guess is that he tried to control the car therefore reducing his speed and due to uneven roads obviously he hit something in the pavement going downhill. All 3 BMW passengers died. Benz driver survived.
