  • Nice ring :P

  • there is sooooooo much consistency in his playing.... I love it!!!!! no overlapping, nothing... ahh man, I'm really struggling with overlapping notes..

  • @psychomotif me too

  • Its interesting to hear him talk about his change of heart towards this piece. My experience with Bach was the same way. For a long time, he didn't do anything for me. Then one day for whatever reason, I got him. Now I love (almost) all of his music. I've heard similar stories from other people as well. For some people he takes a while.

  • I want to play like that!!!! Help! i guess in my next life.

  • One sure thing is that his playing makes me comfortable and wanted to listen again.

  • That opening shot was beautiful

  • I don't know why you feel it poor.

Who do you think play Bach 'not poor'.

    Do you like romantic interpretation?

  • poor comment

  • I listened to this interpretation again and again, and carefully.

The theme phrase is repeated vividly, with nuance-filled.

I enjoyed the beauty and exhilaration

    to my heart's content.

  • I've always loved Gavrilov's playing, as said in some other videos in this series. I used to idolize him in my formative years.
