RP makes an excellent point about Health Care; its not economically feasible for government to get involved. Big insurance companies & beaurocracies increase. The Public Option compared to letting insurance companies compete across all 50 states is terrible and creates a monopoly. Monopolies tend to increase cost and decrease service. IE. There are two types of people in this case, ones who just think it's a crazy idea and people who have researched it and know it's a crazy idea. I'm sorry bud, I read all there is to read, saw all the documentaries, heard all the speeches. I've had nearly a decade to process it, no small amount of time, and feel very comfortable telling you one of the greatest virtues is knowing when to let something go and cut your losses. Otherwise you become a victim of your own ego and end up isolated.

Another 10 minutes and a few more of those pesky little facts, and Ron Paul would have completely shut Weiner down. If the people listening to this only knew how much government regulation prevents the free-market from working in health care, they might find Mr. Weiner's comments somewhat "out of touch with the mother ship."

You know, there are people in Weiner's super-liberal district that like a lot of what Ron Paul says, if I was him I'd lay off of hair-brain comments like "he's not in touch with the mother ship". If a Republican can take Ted Kennedy's seat, one can take his seat as well.

I love Ron Paul... He is the man. I mean unless you are just an absolute hater or completely ignorant, or both, how can you not see how much sense this man makes!
