@mmurf46 focus on your flip more, like pull the same way you would for a regular one, like if ur setting like the guy is in the vid it makes it way harder, set up, start the flip then twist
@stuckonaboard I understand, but it is much more fun when you can do more tricks, I think form is stupid but if it allows you to accomplish more flips or twists that should be the way it is done
@stuckonaboard lol i was just working on that today, if you look at the people doing tripple full combos, they for the most part have good form. part of it is in back twisting is unless you set and pull into your flip properly (set mostly up with your arms, the pull technique is confusing to explain)you will under rotate your flip if you straighten your twist out. so once you set and pull properly the rest of the form will be easier to follow, also you are pulling your knees to your chest to
@theGodofthebible continuation:flip if you pulled your toes up(in a similar manner you would pull your toes in a v up only a incomplete v up)it straightens your body thus making it easier to twist even though it is still more difficult to flip. when i say to pull your toes like a v up dont do it like a full v up. if you look at your regular backflip you arch you back then pull your knees up, this generates your flip momentum, when twisting pull really hard immediately after leaving the trampolin
@theGodofthebible straighten your legs then pull your legs like like a v up, immediately after leaving the trampoline, since you naturally arch in a backflip use the v up motion to initiate the flip and counter the arching motion. only pull until your body is perfectly straight and right after that start the twist, to pull like this and still make the rotation it helps a lot to set. and it is good that you are helping out people that just need the gist of twisting, and nice combos
