But you're right, sometimes you can (maybe) tell if a White person is Mexican (or Hispanic) but it's not always the case, there are different types of Whites. There are entire communities in Mexico of Anglo descent, others come from Italy or Russia. But what's funny is that Mexicans don't see themselves as White or Brown, the US cares about those things more than other countries. Take care!

I have siblings that came out darker than others, cousins with green eyes, etc. Once you have a gene, you will never get rid of it. But wait, why have a resentment against Whites? All of us are worth the same, it's who we are that determines our character. If we discriminate, we're not better than those who do.
