This is pretty disgraceful FMA. If I told someone I did FMA and this was the only video they found of it and thought this is what may art consisted of I would be shamed without words. Please try to get in better shape so your own body structure doesn't affect you form.

His name is Nathan, and he is one of my long-time students. One thing about him, though, he makes a lot of noise! I certainly wasn't cranking as hard as he made it look. He and I work together enough that I know where his limits are. But you are right, I will try not to be so rough on him in the future.
