disappointed. might be a good idea to re upload without the sound- it is annoying. bad for promotion.
Im in the fitness industry myself, and it still disappoints me that we continue to develop stuff like this when we need to be out in the outdoors challenging our core for real. hope it does well for you. whats the difference between this and a bosu (I own one)

Thanks for the comment. It does sound loud in this video. It is not really that loud. The way the file was compressed for YouTube has effected the sound.
In general, the sound comes from the top dish moving on 3 ball transfers with internal ball bearings. So there will always be some sound, but not as loud as in this video.
