Vince's windmills are the best. Its a full trajectory circle with arms extended ( 01:45 ). Everyone does tight or quick small-circle windmills, sometimes with two hands but Vince's mills are tops and he makes it seem to fluid and effortleess. This kid DeRozan is closest I've seen to Vince.

for someone who is 6"7 and has a wingspan closer to 6"10 doesn't need a vertical greater than 38 or so. It's when you get players like steve francis, spudd web, nate robinson and the like that you get into serious 40+ inch verticals because they need the extra inches to compensate for their height.

I think some people are missing the biggest similarity between Derozan and Carter.

It's not simply the dunks. There are a lot of great dunkers in the league who are nowhere near Carter's ability.

What makes Derozan so special is his instinctual ability to get to the rim. Those who have seen his summer league games should know what I mean. He has the rare and uncanny ability to squeeze and twist through 3 or 4 defenders and somehow get off a shot.

DeRozan was an appropiate choicefor the Raptors to select in the NBA Draft. He brings something that some of the other Raptors players haven't been able to fully accomplish yet. DeMar DeRozan, will very likely be compared with Vince Carter, as one of the top NBA Players to have been a Toronto Raptor. And seeing that he pulled out 20 points in the 84-83 victory over the Bucks in the Summer League, and how he has absolutely incredible dunks, The 2009-2010 Raptors will be very promising.

Nobody knows that, stop assuming. Both players have great potential. They're both very athletic and can score well. I wish DeRozan would have stayed a few more years at USC, but he'll be just fine. Same with Jennings.
