...but bliss is not ignorance...First of all, not everyone in America is a materialistic consumer, so your opinion and generalization of Americans is being subjective (The point you're trying to disprove...hmmm, lol). On your cliche, "numbers don't lie", take a quantitative research class, and learn how numbers can be easily manipulated!
