Maybe you are sad that you finished the previous projects. You were in your own little world when doing edits and now that it's finished, you have that lost feeling (being back in the real world). Does that make sense? It's totally understandable. I had a similar feeling when I finished one of my projects. I say you should relax and enjoy the little things. *Passes along a hug*.
