Vegito is so much better then Gogeta like Gogeta has the typical outfit Vegito is his own guy. This Superbuu is much stronger than the one Gotenks faced. Remember that Buu absorbed 4 fighters, including one that was stronger than himself!

The original Superbuu and fat Buu relied on regeneration, but not this one (at least, not until Vegito appeared). Vegeta + Goku couldn't do a thing to him. He wasn't just being cheap and regenerating. He's actually insanely strong. By pure fighting, he could still beat Goku + Vegeta as a team.
