However, there are some issues regarding the ability for mainly white people to get an equal chance at a job as a non-white. Some jobs will choose a non-white over a white person to seem "unbiased" in their employing people. I don't know how bad it is, but it's pretty easy to see in many instances.

In Portugal ever since the hordes of Africans entered the country there have been many issues with them as anyone mentally sane would imagine but anyway, on the newspapers they always call them "youths" too (jovens in portuguese) for quite some time, we joke around and say that it's a codeword, a PC codeword. Oh and they can be "youths" well into the 30's or more, doesn't matter. Every summer they go apeshit, every year... they already started...

Its really easy to tell because usually, no mention of race will be made, and only the occasional name or picture is dropped with the article.
