I'm sick of the whole "immigration" context...call it for what it is... border jumping Illegals.Legal immigrants "apply" for citizenship, border jumpers just want a handout for nothing.The Mexicans call the border the "frontier", as if they are reclaiming lost land or land they think they deserve.I took in a Mexican exchange student for a year & it made me sick how the rich mexicans encourage the poor to "run for the border".

What needs changing is the parts of 8 US Code 1401 so it says, a child born to a US Citizen and a non-US citizen, in/out of USA, is a dual-citizen, but not a natural born US citizen.

That a child born into the marriage of two

US Citizens, in/out of USA, is a natural born US citizen.

That a child born to two non- US Citizens, in the USA, is not a US citizen, but inherits the

nationality of the parents.

We need parent's nationality on state birth certificates.

All we need to do is let our local law enforcement enforce immigration laws and have work place inspections, to make sure employees are legal!
