For the eyes

1.Select the eyes

2.Image adjustments hue/saturation(remove with history art tool the color on the white.

For the lips(the same way as the eyes add some burn too)

For the hair (dunno but i'm thinking as the eyes too :D)

Might I suggest using your talents to better effect. Raise the bar higher than some sk8er skank. You are making over someone that needs no help from you to appear more unrepresentative of the rest of us - polished like a turd, and perfected through editing and lights.

Wasn't trying to be sophisticated, I was merely saying it would be nice to see someone use their talent (see, I was actually paying a compliment if you'd bothered to read my original comment) to better effect than making someone who has an army of retouching experts already on her side. I wasn't dissing Avrils fans, just her, and the way she sells her image.

It was actually a bigger swipe at the ridiculously & artificially high beauty standard set by celebrities. And helped by RijleeLove sadly.
