I agree with harris. I attended her father church in houston her before the CD's we did praise and worship together and it's relative but her voice has tried to become too common to vocalist. I have been doing some studio mixing for some well known artist and I can say that we meaning producer aren't looking for another Kim Burrell, Karen Clark, Dorinda Clark or anyone of those because they are already here. I'm just looking at this from a Degree'd music professional's perspective.

There is only ONE KIM and this is not it. What a waste of time trying to be like someone else...this is not anything to encourage....especially when we know that his momma is out working right now to pay the light bill....these "soft" boys love to always impersonate women singers...what is that about? Doc that was a great (impression), which i think is the keyword that a lot of people (menb4war, ministerbush, sexiteddy, jabari13, cantBserious...) are missing! I'm almost certain that you have your own style of singing! especially if you can imitate someone like kim burrell! And don't worry about the ones who hate on you cuz they can't imitate kim or you! Yo....dude, I was in Harrisburg when she came last year, and she did this song... I taped it...Please tell me that you were there...You sound EXACTLY like she did - runs and all. I was hoping you would do the "Just let me live" part bcuz she took that to another neat little place. But you've handled the neg. comments well. This was a top notch impression that even managed to minister. God bless you and keep singing!

I agree with harris. I attended her father church in houston her before the CD's we did praise and worship together and it's relative but her voice has tried to become too common to vocalist. I have been doing some studio mixing for some well known artist and I can say that we meaning producer aren't looking for another Kim Burrell, Karen Clark, Dorinda Clark or anyone of those because they are already here. I'm just looking at this from a Degree'd music professional's perspective.
