Yeah, from teir 2 onward there are keeps in the PvP areas that you can siege, and you can even buy siege engines from the war camps.

i mean the numbers when it 1st strted to about a month was like 900k but soon after the months past, population dropped drastically to about 300k. so u may not have the fun compared to the past where there were more wbs around to take city sieges

That still doesn't mean it's failing, Mythic is making profit off it. You don't make profit off something thats failing. There for WAR isn't failing.

looks an awful lot like WoW. Im hoping its way more hardcore and less lame and easy? Worth buying? Ive been playing Darkfall Online but it aint quite finished. Is this good pvp? sweet video by the way

any fantasy MMO is going to look similar to WoW. Games based on PvP tend to be more hardcore, and WAR is based on PvP. Yes, I highly recommend this game, and even more so if you like PvP/RvR, it is the best MMO I've ever played and I've played my fare share. The PvP is very excellent. Let me know if you have any other questions about WAR, and if your plaining on subscribing I would appreciate it if you let me know first, so I could use the recruit-a-friend thing on you.

i may be wrong here, if one uses Vista ( and most do) isent 4 gig of ram the limit that Vista can "handle" , now i know verry little about the inner workings of a PC so feel free to correct/comment , but be nice :=)

mythic screwed up on warhammer too much DAMN lag thats why i quit they mastered DAoc  but this lag kills game play

some servers are dead like in all games. Our server how ever has tons of action in the middle of the day and tons more at night. The lag as gotten a lot better since launch but with all the new content coming out it's starting to get bad again. Since all the new content is out now server stability is on the top of there list of things to work on. :)

came back last week all the severs where my toons where are closed......moved them to another sever and its just like the old sever i was on unbalanced :( give it a few months and the sever will most prob die like the rest of them...shame the game is failing it was a good game at the start just a bit buggy

It's made a huge difference, I'm not saying that it's not enough to run one program but when it's an MMO having to render high quality spell effects, shadows, animations, and player models from hundreds of players. While also running vent also connected to the internet having to stream audio, and recording HD video at the same time. It requires a lot of memory to run it perfectly. While 4gb with 512mb dedicated video memory may do the job fine for some people it. It not enough for what I'm doing

one specific program doesn't demand 6 gigs of memory, but a lot of programs running at once requires a lot of RAM, and the more memory you have left over that the GPU can use the faster the computer can process stuff. No offense, but know what your talking about before you leave a comment.

Hey...cool vid I used to play WAR but left as the game seemed to lack PvE content and had a few issues...can you tell me if this has improved? been considering coming back last week or so

There's PvE content in the game, mostly in the form of higher level dungeons, and Public Quests scattered everywhere. But don't expect to see as much PvE content as you do in other games that are PvE centric. Warhammer is made to be all about the PvP/RvR, so therefore that is what mostly happens. With land of the Dead just coming out theres even more PvE stuff to do. To answer your question, yes, I think it has improved and will improve a lot more as Mythic has more time to add more features.
