I live in Oklahoma although I don't live in OKC, I live in a small town called McLoud. I think that Oklahoma is a great place to live because I love the country and Oklahoma has a beautiful country side. Most people, especially people who have never visited Oklahoma, think that it is just a bunch of uneducated hicks and it is so much more than that. I mean yes you going to have hicks and rednecks especially if you live out in the country but that isn't the only thing to see in Oklahoma.
As a recent college graduate from Kansas, I truly look forward to permanently settling down in Oklahoma City (I will be starting Graduate School at OU in Fall). Thank you for this refreshing perspective and I look forward to joining you as part of Oklahoma City's thriving professional community!
I have several friends that are in the graduate school at OU. I'm in the undergraduate lvl at OU, but I will be here until I start m exchange program. I think you will like it here. Especially OU's international community. Once you get here. Be sure to look up Japanese Student Association :)

I travel to OKC from Houston about once a month. I almost always have a great time but you need more mass transit (so does Houston).
